7.13. Removal of the coil of ignition

Removal of the roller of the distributor

We remove the distributor from the engine (see. "Removal of the distributor of ignition").

We remove a cover and a rotor of the distributor (see. "Removal of a cover and rotor of the distributor of ignition").

We remove contact group of the breaker (see. "Check and adjustment of a gap between contacts of the breaker"). We remove a motionless plate of contact group of the breaker (see. "Removal of a motionless plate of contact group of the breaker").

We hook the screw-driver a spring ring of a pin of fastening of the coupling of the roller of the distributor...

... also we remove a spring ring.

Operev a shaft about sponges of a vice...

... to small beards we beat out a pin of fastening of the coupling.

We take out a pin...

... also we remove the coupling.

We remove lock (with petals) and persistent washers.

We take out the roller assembled with the centrifugal regulator of an advancing of ignition from the distributor case.

We establish details in the return sequence. At installation of the coupling we install a distributor rotor on the roller...

... also we focus its tokoraz-nosny plate on a contact bolt of the distributor.

At the same time the bigger sector of the coupling of the roller has to be located from an opening in the lower part of the case of the distributor.

In such situation we combine openings in the coupling with an opening in the roller and we fix the coupling a pin, and a pin - a spring ring.

We establish the removed details in the return sequence. We regulate a gap between contacts of the breaker (see. "Check and adjustment of a gap between contacts of the breaker") and an ignition advancing corner (see. "Adjustment of the moment of ignition").

Removal of the coil of ignition

We take out a high-voltage wire from a coil cover nest.

Key "on 8" we turn off a nut of fastening of the plug of two wires of green color leading to contact of the distributor of ignition and ensuring functioning of a tachometer and the economizer of compulsory idling (ECI).

We disconnect a tip of wires of green color from a conclusion of "1" coil.

Similarly we disconnect from a conclusion "+ B" coils a tip of two wires bringing +12 V to system of ignition (orange color).

Key "on 8" we weaken two self-tapping screws of fastening of the coil to an arm on the right longeron of a body.

We remove the ignition coil.

We install the coil in the return sequence.
