13.7. Replacement of an intermediate support
We replace an intermediate support assembled with the bearing. We remove cardan transfer (see. "Removal of cardan transfer").
We mark a relative positioning of a forward shaft and forks of the hinge.
We disassemble the forward cardan hinge (see. "Dismantling of the cardan hinge").
Head "on 27" we turn off a nut of fastening of a fork to the forward driveshaft.
We remove a fork from shliyets of a shaft.
At difficulty - we press a stripper.
Cap key "on 12" we turn off two bolts of fastening of an arm to a support...
... also we remove an arm.
We remove a back mud-reflector.
We rest a shaft shaft against wooden whetstone.
Striking through a drift an internal metal edge of a support...
... we force down from a shaft a support assembled with the bearing.
We put on a shaft a new support assembled with the bearing and a gryazeotra-zhatel (the convex party to the bearing).
We establish a fork on a shaft on tags.
The face head of suitable diameter (or a pipe piece), leaning on a fork, napressovyvay a support assembled with the bearing on a shaft.
We fix an arm to a support. Having screwed a new nut of fastening of a fork to the forward driveshaft, we tighten it the ordered moment (see. "Appendix").
For latching of a nut to small beards we rebuff its fillet in a shaft shaft groove.
